Is the store review really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation. If you’d like us to fix what we find, we’ll send a separate, itemised proposal for you to approve first.

Do I have to change my platform?

Not at all. Most stores can be fixed on the platform they already use. We only suggest a move when it clearly saves you money or effort in the long run.

Do you need my admin password for the review?

No. We start with what we can see from the outside, as a customer would. If a deeper look is useful, we’ll ask, and we’re happy to sign an NDA first.

My store is on Shopify. Can you still help?

Yes. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, plus custom stores.

I don’t have a store yet. Is this for me?
