Tele Sales Executive – IT Sales (Retail Billing / POS Solutions)
Work Mode: Work from Office (Technopark – Phase 1, Trivandrum)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive field sales for retail billing software and POS solutions.
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate with Good communication skills and command of English and Malayalam language. Good to have Hindi speaking skills.
Experience and skills as outlined below:
Experience in Software / SAAS Sale
Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word and Excel and other tools.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Close the sales loop by lead to client conversion
Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Closely Co-ordinate with Sales Managers , Product and Management Team members to drive sales and achieve targets
Handle client demos as and when required.
Good to have :
1. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations
2. Valid driving license and willingness to travel
