• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales performance.
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve targets through field visits, engaging directly with potential clients at their business locations.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of our retail billing software and it’s services.
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities within the territory through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in technology or retail solutions sales.
• Must be a self-starter and effectively manage travel and scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and of the local language.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers on-site.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and retail operations.
  Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Provide exceptional service, answering customer queries and offering solutions.
• Implement sales strategies and participate in promotional events to increase sales.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
