Job Description:
What is the expectation of the candidate’s current role/profile?
Qualified in B.Tech/M.Tech/BE/ME
7+ years of combined ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Proficiency in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Experience with upgrades, cloning, MID Server, Discovery.
Knowledge of roles, ACLs, data policies, and platform security.
Understanding of ITIL processes.
