 Mandatory Skills:

  • 2 – 4 Years if experience in L1-Helpdesk / L1- Remote support
  • Experience as a L1 Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role.
  • Experience in Windows Operating Systems [Desktop & Server].
  • Experience in Troubleshooting issues.
  • AD user / Group management, Outlook/ Teams support.
  • Zendesk and AWS Level 1 tasks – Good to have.
