Job Description:

Need to make customer calls as per targets defined and close the software sales on call.
Need awareness of using laptop and mobile devices.
Any IT hardware skills would be advantage.
Previous Sales experience if any is an added advantage.
Assist with customer queries and provide support as and when need arises.

Other Skills :

Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.

Prospect Qualification:
Engaging with leads to understand their needs, explain product features, and determine if they are a good fit for the company’s offerings.

Sales Support:
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.

Relationship Building:
Building initial rapport with prospects and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Product Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
